Featuring for the first time a vegetarian inspired version of a trendy carnivorous cupcake: maple and ‘fake’ bacon. This doughnut cupcake is dressed in a vegan maple syrup icing and topped with vegetarian maple smoked ‘bacon’. Eh! Canada.

This Canadian flag inspired salad gets its colours from red pepper and white eggplant. Much like Torontonians roasting on a hot Canada day, these vegetables were roasted in the oven with some oil, a sprinkling of salt and pepper and a little liquid smoke to give it an outdoorsy BBQ flavour.
