Eat dessert first!

Featuring for the first time a vegetarian inspired version of a trendy carnivorous cupcake: maple and ‘fake’ bacon. This doughnut cupcake is dressed in a vegan maple syrup icing and topped with vegetarian maple smoked ‘bacon’. Eh! Canada.

The Main!

A veggie burger slider made with quinoa and calallo. Bun courtesy of Ace Bakery (4 of these buns will set you back 69 cents only!)

Salad-the ‘after’-tizer!

This Canadian flag inspired salad gets its colours from red pepper and white eggplant. Much like Torontonians roasting on a hot Canada day, these vegetables were roasted in the oven with some oil, a sprinkling of salt and pepper and a little liquid smoke to give it an outdoorsy BBQ flavour.
