These cupcakes are a plain vanilla cake made with spelt flour, whole wheat pastry flour and soy milk. (With whole grains it’s got to be healthy, right?!). They are topped with a poor person’s buttercream icing (read: a ‘lower’ fat version) laced with matcha green tea powder. And to top it all off is one half-sphere golf ball made with Callebaut couverture white chocolate. A toothpick and sticker makes for the golf flag.
