Busy Bea Baking…

May I present to you my cream puffs made with spelt flour and a bit of red bean flour. The filling is a white chocolate and lime ganache with bits of shredded coconut for texture. In honour of the year of the Black Water Dragon I attempted snake-shaped eclairs.

Also pictured are chop suey bread and buns and a lucky money chocolate coin filled with white chocolate and green tea ganache. All treats are vegetarian. One holiday down, several to go. Back into the kitchen…IMG_0943
