As the temperature cools down a little, though, the oven  temperature rises. The chai bun is simply a cinnamon bun recipe where I replaced the cinnamon with powdered chai spice. The glaze is made with icing sugar, orange blossom water, a little rice milk and a splash of Tahitian vanilla.
