The top 2 pics are my white chocolate cupcakes with a dark chocolate and chestnut ganache. (These are ovo-vegetarian.) Question is: with 24 karat edible gold flakes or not?
The bottom left photo shows the dark chocolate ganache in the making. The bottom right photo shows the vegan pumpkin cookies made with my homemade pumpkin butter.
This season’s first chocolates are still chilling in the fridge. When set I will harvest my filled chocolates: pumpkin shape in milk chocolate with pumpkin butter and skor bits.
