It’s mid-week and I would like to share with you some culinary tips for ‘hump’ day.

Tip #1
For a more ‘creamy’ vegan risotto, add roasted acorn squash. It gets all mushy and with the right seasonings can give the illusion of decadent fat.
Tip #2
If forced to eat processed foods, avoid a long ingredient list with multi-syllable and difficult to pronounce words.
Tip #3
Once you’ve found something reasonable, aim for 5% or less sodium content.
